Regarding shipping, we negotiate competitive rates with our forwarders to ensure clearance costs are included. Our logistics partners handle customs clearance using their documentation, streamlining the process. For express shipping, which typically takes 7-10 working days for Europe, Australia & USA, we charge a flat fee of $60.00. This includes clearance services and doorstep delivery. For Brazil & Africa same fee & Clearance services applies but doorstep delivery not possible due to your local import laws, so recipients will only pickup at local logistics center at their region.

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tengen Medics Pharma Ltd!
We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges If the medication is below 97%. The medication must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required (transaction receipt).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace medication if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email us at tengenmedicspharma@gmail.com and send the medication to the address that will be allocated to you.

Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original wallet address 3–5 business days.

Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
