Please keep in mind, that every Vendor should have personal Terms of Service, and we can try to push the Vendor to execute them. The Market is not in charge for the quality of an item.

If the buyer receives a purchased item and is dissatisfied with the quality, it is fair to complete the order. The buyer then has the option to leave an appropriate review.

While this depends on various aspects, deposits and withdrawals should usually be processed within half an hour. In rare case, it might take about an hour or two.
