- 0.1 The administration is always right!
- ✯ 0.2 The decision of the administration is final and not subject to appeal
- ✯ 0.3 Scamming on our marketplace is strictly prohibited and will result to an immediate ban.
- ✯ 0.4 Child porn is strictly prohibited.
- ✯ 0.5 It is forbidden to blackmail vendors and customers of our marketplace.
- ✯ 0.6 Passive, abandoned, duplicate accounts will be deleted.
- ✯ 0.7 Any mention of the police in any form is punishable by a permanent ban, no matter what stage your order or account is at.
- ✯ 0.8 It is strictly forbidden to register accounts with names containg words “Admin”, “Moderator”, “Courier”, “Support”.

1 Marketplace
- ✯ 1.1 Vendor bond is $5,000.
- ✯ 1.2 Contact information in the store or product description is strictly prohibited.
- ✯ 1.3 Verification is mandatory for all vendors.
- ✯ 1.4 Vendors should never demand social media handles from any customer.
- ✯ 1.5 Opening a store with us you remain completely anonymous.
- ✯ 1.6 All actions against children are prohibited in the marketplace.
- ✯ 1.61 Forbidden, child pornography.
- ✯ 1.62 Prohibited, mutilation and abuse of children as well as with participation of children.
- ✯ 1.63 Prohibited, murder of children.
- ✯ 1.64 It is forbidden to employ or employ the services of children.
- ✯ 1.65 Prohibited, any photo-video materials involving children.
- ✯ 1.7 Inactive, abandoned stores will be deleted along with the accounts of their owners.
- ✯ 1.8 It is forbidden to publish your contact information and links in the store description.
- ✯ 1.9 Shop description should be placed in the relevant section on “Vendor” page but not in a product description.
2 Products
2.0 General
- ✯ 2.0.1 Absolutely all goods are moderated before being published on the market.
- ✯ 2.0.2 Any change will result in a second moderation.
- ✯ 2.0.3 All products can go through several repeated moderation checks.
- ✯ 2.0.4 All the goods that are sold must be in stock.
- ✯ 2.0.5 Product name and description must comply exactly with this one product.
- ✯ 2.0.6 The title of the product, its description and payment rules cannot contradict each other.
- ✯ 2.0.7 Each product must have a unique picture, no duplicates and copies of pictures.
- ✯ 2.0.8 Using poor quality images (with poor lighting, blurred, low resolution, etc.) is not allowed.
- ✯ 2.0.9 Product description should be original. Copying the description of the product (text, images) from other vendors is not allowed.
- ✯ 2.0.10 It is forbidden to add a product to a category that is not your own.
- ✯ 2.0.11 It is forbidden to add contact information and links to third-party resources in the title, description and payment terms. (see note)
- ✯ 2.0.12 It is forbidden to add a picture with contact information. (see note)
- ✯ 2.0.13 It is forbidden to make a description of more than one product. 1 product = 1 headline and 1 description.
- ✯ 2.0.14 It is forbidden to duplicate goods by changing their price or quantity.
- ✯ 2.0.15 It is forbidden to post items with incorrect: quantity, measure, price, minimum order, minimum quantity to ship.
- ✯ 2.0.16 No contact outside the market allowed. All orders and communication must go through the marketplace.
- ✯ 2.0.17 It is forbidden to change the terms of sale after the buyer has purchased the product.
- ✯ 2.0.18 The name of the product and its description must match completely and not differ in any way.
- ✯ 2.0.19 It is forbidden to manipulate, beg, pressure the buyer for quick approval of the deal.
- ✯ 2.0.20 It is strictly forbidden to manipulate the buyer and demand a recall before receiving the item or for bad merchandise with the promise of a replacement.
- ✯ 2.0.21 Money orders requiring a trip to an office or ATM are equated to Physical Products. To get a quick payment from the escrow after receiving the money by the buyer, the seller must open a dispute and provide all proof of sending the codes (screenshot of correspondence) and links to the status of the transfer where you can clearly see the status of the transfer. We will check your data and make the payment or reject it in case of fraud.
- ✯ 2.0.22 It is forbidden to put the status “Sent” without actually sending the item.
2.1 Digital Products
- ✯ 2.1.1 Automatic order completion for digital products 24 hours.
- ✯ 2.1.2 It is forbidden to expose products without download links or without products in text format.
- ✯ 2.1.3 It is strictly forbidden to write in the “Product’s content:” anything other than links to the product or the product itself.
- ✯ 2.1.4 It is forbidden to use one picture for several products.
- ✯ 2.1.5 It is forbidden to use a picture that has already been published by other sellers.
- ✯ 2.1.6 It is forbidden to display goods with errors in: category, quantity, measure.
- ✯ 2.1.7 We recommend shooting a continuous video of the screen when checking and sending the product to the buyer to prove the validity of the product directly at the time of delivery.
- ✯ 2.1.8 It is forbidden to specify a balance that does not correspond to reality.
- ✯ 2.1.9 It is strictly forbidden to change the status of an item automatically or manually to “Sent” without actually sending the item.
- ✯ 2.1.10 In “Digital Options” item “Auto Delivery” means that the buyer receives what he paid for, instantly, and the status of the item changes to “Sent”
- ✯ 2.1.11 In the “Digital Options” it is strictly forbidden to check the “Auto Delivery” item on the greeting or notification.
- ✯ 2.1.12 In “Digital Options” it is strictly forbidden to tick the item “Auto Delivery” if there is no product or low-quality product.
2.2 Physical Products
- ✯ 2.2.1 Automatic order completion for physical products 14 days.
- ✯ 2.2.2 The item must be in stock and available for inspection.
- ✯ 2.2.3 Using image taken from public sources (i.e. downloaded from Internet) as the default image of the product is not allowed. It is allowed to use only original image of the product.
- ✯ 2.2.4 The default image of the physical product should prove that seller actually has that product.
- ✯ 2.2.5 Product photo MUST contain product itself and vendor logo.
- ✯ 2.2.6 Old photos are not allowed, the photo must be the same date as the publication of the item +- 2 days.
- ✯ 2.2.7 When editing an old product, you must also update the product photo with the current date.
- ✯ 2.2.8 Photoshop is STRICTLY forbidden. If even one picture is seen photoshopped, all of the seller’s merchandise will be removed and the seller will be banned.
- ✯ 2.2.9 The administration may ask for additional photos or videos of the product, refusal or ignoring will result in the blocking of your account.
- ✯ 2.2.10 It is strictly forbidden to deceive the buyer with information about shipping. For example, if the product specifies that delivery will take 5 business days, then the product MUST be at the buyer’s door after the specified time.
- ✯ 2.2.11 The delivery of the physical product cannot be longer than 10 days. Weekends are taken into account and the buyer should have 2-3 days to check the product. For long distances, use “Express Delivery”.
- ✯ 2.2.12 For your own safety, we do not recommend sharing photos, videos and other files that have not undergone additional processing of the device’s digital fingerprinting (fingerprinting), which can de-anonymize you.
2.3 Services
- ✯ 2.3.1 All goods from the category “Services” must be created as PHYSICAL goods and the delivery time will serve the time of order fulfillment, but not more than 14 days from the date of purchase.
- ✯ 2.3.2 It is STRICTLY forbidden to demand an advance payment! Payment for services must be 100% in escrow, after execution of the order and approval by the customer the money will go to your wallet.
- ✯ 2.3.3 Automatic order completion for services 14 days.
- ✯ 2.3.4 Only put the status “Sent” after discussing all the details of the order, from this point the countdown for the auto-completion of the order will be conducted.
- ✯ 2.3.5 Send proof of completion of the order to the administration and the customer. Upload photo and video evidence to multimedia viewing sites. This will speed up the payment from the escrow.
- ✯ 2.3.6 If the customer does not get in touch for more than a week after the job is done, you can ask for early repayment from the escrow if there is proof of receipt and completion of the order.
- ✯ 2.3.7 It is strictly forbidden to change the terms of the order after it has been paid for.
- ✯ 2.3.8 It is strictly forbidden to demand a surcharge or any monetary surcharges after the order has been placed.
- ✯ 2.3.9 It is strictly forbidden to manipulate, blackmail, threaten the customer after giving him the data of the order.
- ✯ 2.3.10 It is strictly prohibited to use photoshop, staged videos and other means to provide evidence of the order.
3 Disputes
- ✯ 3.1 Please describe payment, delivery and fulfillment conditions very carefully to avoid disputes.
- ✯ 3.2 It is strictly forbidden to change the product description and terms of purchase during the dispute. In this case the dispute will be lost immediately, and the account will be blocked.
- ✯ 3.3 If one of the participants of the dispute does not respond to the dispute for more than 24 hours, he/she loses the dispute automatically.
- ✯ 3.4 It is strictly forbidden to manipulate, beg, pressure the buyer to quickly withdraw the dispute.
- ✯ 3.5 It It is strictly forbidden to lie and procrastinate in arguments.

1.0 General
- ✯ 1.0.1 It is essential to deposit funds into your account wallet prior to placing an order for any product or service on our marketplace, as this initiates the escrow protection for the transaction.
1.1 Digital Product
- ✯ 1.1.1 Automatic order completion for digital products 24 hours.
- ✯ 1.1.2 Our market has a video proof system, which is mandatory when you buy digital product.
- ✯ 1.1.3 The video should be uninterrupted and start from the moment of payment to the disputed situation.
- ✯ 1.1.4 Video with manipulation and poor quality will not be considered as evidence.
- ✯ 1.1.5 The video must be uploaded to any video hosting site (for example https://dark.video/) and the link must be specified in the dispute.
1.2 Physical Product
- ✯ 1.2.1 Automatic order completion for physical products 14 days.
- ✯ 1.2.2 It is strictly forbidden to ask or demand from sellers any additional digital information (photos, videos, other) that may de-anonymize the seller. All additional photos and videos must be processed through our tech support.
1.3 Services
- ✯ 1.3.1 Automatic order completion for services is 14 days.
2 Disputes
- ✯ 2.1 If you did not receive the order within the given timeframe, you can dispute the order to make sure it will not auto-finalize.
- ✯ 2.2 Automatic order completion for digital products 24 hours, for physical products 14 days.
- ✯ 2.3 If one of the participants of the dispute does not respond to the dispute for more than 24 hours, he/she loses the dispute automatically.
- ✯ 2.4 Before creating a dispute, you MUST contact the seller and report the problem.
- ✯ 2.5 If the seller does not respond within half of the time before the automatic completion of the order (12 hours for a digital product and 7 days for a physical product) then the buyer can open a dispute.
- ✯ 2.6 It is strictly forbidden to open a dispute earlier than 12 hours for a digital product and 7 days for a physical product.
- ✯ 2.7 When challenging a digital product, the buyer MUST have a video of the PROOF of his claim.
- ✯ 2.8 The video is made by screen capture software and should be continuous from the payment of the product to the moment of its application (disputed situation).
- ✯ 2.9 The video must be uploaded to the video hosting to view the video, for example https://mega.io/. Send the link to the video along with the dispute.
- ✯ 2.10 The speed of making decisions on the dispute depends on the quality of the video and its authenticity.
- ✯ 2.11 Disputes for digital products without proof will be lost immediately.
